Establishing Quranic centers affiliated to the association, which supervise the Qur’an circles and provide the appropriate cadres and the appropriate environment.

1. Quranic Centers Project: Establishing Quranic Centers of the Association and Providing Administrators, Teachers and Educational Curricula.
2. Preservation Convoys Project: Graduation of three Hafiz convoys that included / 611 / Hafiz and Hafez within the centers circles of the Charitable Society for the Holy Quran.
3. Quranic competitions project: Holding Quranic competitions for male and female students inside and outside Quranic centers targeting the local community.

1. Al-Rashidi Program: Teaching students proper Arabic reading through a tight curriculum that lasts for six months.
2. Memorization Program: Teaching and memorizing the last four parts of the Holy Quran and lasts for six months.
3. Caravan Program: Follow-up of male and female students to complete the memorization of the Holy Quran in full and lasts for three years.
4. License Program: Permission to memorize the Holy Quran in the connected bond and lasts for a period of one year.
